There are certain rules/limits if you are paying/top-up via PayPal. Rules only apply to PayPal as payment method only. To unleash the limits, you can simply pick another payment method, such as bank transfer, etc.
Delivery Address:
Nomally a member will top-up twice in order to checkout both the First Payment & Second Payment.The two paypal payments should share the same delivery address and MUST match the delivery address of your order.
If the address of either payment doesn't match with order address, we will refund you the paypal transaction and ask you to re-send the amount with the matching address.
Parcel Value and Item Value:
The total-parcel-value of your first parcel MUST not exceed 3000CNY or equivalent (~489USD*). If you have combined a few orders, the parcel value will be the sum of the orders.
The single-item value of your first order MUST not exceed 800CNY or equivalent (~130USD*). Cosplay-related items MUST not exceed 1500CNY(~244USD*). If you checked out an order that violates the rules,we MAY cancel your order/item and refund you directly.
Products can't be paid with PayPal:
Second-hand items,Fragile items, Virtual items.
