First of all, Chinese size charts are often Asian size, so we would recommend you to choose a bigger size if you are not Asian. To be safe, you can leave in item remarks your measurements and request us to ask the seller if the item fits your measurements. We will reply to you during our quotation process.
If you really received an item that does not fit you and refund/exchange comes to your mind, please consider the cost to arrange refund first because even if a refund/exchange is possible. Because you will still have to bear the cost to ship back the item to our China warehouse and the cost to re-send to you.
